1998 S70 turbo GLT PCV kit done, not sure which tubes/ports

I took photos along the way but this very important one didn't come out well. I'm looking for a photo showing which tubes go to which ports on the front right side of the intake manifold. I'm attaching one I took. I have connected the fuel return line where I think it goes but that might not be right. I also need to know the connections for the two smaller ports under and to the right of that one.
