If I remember correctly, 13T came on cars with the angle flange housing, which means they come on 99+ LPT 2.4L cars.

An easily found 15G will out flow both 13T and 13G with ease.

94-95 = conical housing
96-98 = flat flange housing
99+ = small port angle flange housing first, then large port angle flange housing.

The 13T is rated to flow the same as the 15G, doesn't really make sense unless some numbers are wrong. Not captured in this is the lag time.
The 13G I can speak from experience is a stump puller, no descernable lag at all.
