Do one at a time, it's just "best practices" to do so, for troubleshooting if something goes wrong.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

Hi bjmcc1984, I'm glad your Chapman set made the module removal easy, thanks so much for recommending our tools!

The Master Set is our best selling set and quite popular with folks who work on European cars because it has all of our MM hex, Phillips and star (torx bits. In fact, as of 2016 it includes 3 new mm hex bits, 4.5, 5.5 and 7. I'm not sure about Volvos but I know BMW's use the 7mm extensively. You can use the coupon code Volvo to save 10% on the Master Set and we'll include a free two tone red, blue, black, or orange electroplated ratchet. If you don't specify orange will be included, and the code is good until 7/8.

I have a very small ad budget to work with as we're a tiny shop of about 15 people completing against large tool conglomerates. Most of our website referrals come from word of mouth on forums, blogs, etc, so I really appreciate your post!

Is there any type of screwdriver bit/related tool that you need for Volvos that we don't make?

Thanks again!

PS. My Uncle had an 05ish Volvo V70R, he took me for a couple rides, what a rocket.

Joel, thanks for posting. Just to be certain, the set you're offering for 10% off with code Volvo... is it this set? http://chapmanmfg.com/products/master-kit-5575

Wow...this is INDEED a pleasure to say HI to you Joel! I've been a fan of your tools for a couple of decades now. I bought the "red box" set from Griot's Garage back in the mid-90's and it has indeed saved me on numerous times. Most recently removing the Torx screws in the doors of my 98 V70 to extract the locking mechanism.

It was also my go-to-tool for removing the tiny external Torx screws on the ABS box. The micro-ratchet is the cat's meow here! I recently mentioned the "magic red box" over on BITOG as the basis for what I grab first. http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forums/ub ... ost4133369.

I am in need of a few replacement bits, so I'll be in touch.

Mathew 1, thanks so much for posting our tools on the homepage! Do you have a link?

Hi sleddriver, glad to hear you're a fan, but those aren't our tools :( Those are from Wadsworth MFG and they make quality USA tools as well. Their bits and ratchet drive off a spline, and ours drive off of a 1/4" hex. You'll have to contact them for replacement bits, I'm not sure whether they supply them or not.
