engine hesitation at idle on 2002 V70 XC

Hi Everyone,

Need some advice on diagnosis of engine hesitation on a 2002 V70 XC (currently ~150,000 miles). I bought it at 134,000 miles and it was fine till about 140,000 miles when I started experiencing some hesitation at idle. It has gotten worse to the point that now sometimes the engine dies when I press the accelerator pedal when the light turns green. The hesitation problem is intermittent and sometimes I can drive it fine with no issues. I have replaced the ETM, spark plugs and checked MAF. So far I haven't found anything obvious. There was a problem where I was blowing a 10 Amp fuse in position 5 of the fuse panel under the hood (position 5 is labelled PVC/valves/fuel leakage pump). That may or may not be related to the hesitation issue. I just put new tires on the car and was hoping to get another couple winters out of car as I have two kids in diapers (not much extra cash for car loan). Any advice would be much appreciated.

Check to see if any codes are pending or set.

Possibilities are vacuum leaks, clogged PCV, bad coils ( age?)

Any chance someone has wiring diagram for 2001 Volvo v70 xc? I am trying to trace electrical fault and so far no luck finding anything online.

We don't host them here by agreement with Volvo but, believe it or not, volvowiringdiagrams.com was active a few years back...
