Rear cam seal, now pcv system - what else should I take care off when pulling apart?

Can the white and purple hose be replaced with normal vacuum hose?

Yes, both can. All plastic lines can be replaced with rubber lines. Try to match the inner diameters, more or less.

Finally finished pcv, new vacuum lines and started with no check engine lights. Next thing I know oil is spewing from lower oil cooler line! Anybody have part numbers for upper and lower? Is aftermarket ok? Becoming quite the project

Bummer, that oil cooler line job is probably my least favorite. Be careful with the rectangular oil cooler thermostat.

But also, do NOT buy aftermarket. These four options are all good for quality, much better than buying Dorman or other aftermarket brand: Volvo lines expensive, buy custom rebuilds from orleec, have the local hydraulic shop make rebuilds, rebuild them yourself.
