I found some Gates HH and bought the recommended amount + a few clamps + coolant. Looking forward to replacing the aging oem HH and seeing if its the source of my tiny leak.

I would recommend a better quality heater hose, like Gates Green Stripe. Check this thread from several years back when most of the ideas in this thread were germinated and some of the bugs solved: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=44948

Thanks for the tip. I haven't done the work yet. Waiting for the heat streak to break. Still have a small coolant leak though. Right where the upper engine oil cooler line connects to the radiator. Just below the upper radiator hose.
