If you are not in a rush, I'm not sure all from XC90 are the right length, but perhaps those with the 2.5T would logically be the same (perhaps compare the shape with yours). Note, the left hose is not identical with the right one.

Honestly the parts look like the ones superherman suggested. I've searched and searched and the nozzles all look the same. If anyone can show me a link for a different looking nozzle I'd appreciate it.

It's not cut at the end like i've seen others are. I had a hard time removing mine so I just cut it off as well but this one seems to be in good shape.

If the hose you have snaps and secures in place I would leave it. Keep an eye on it for a few gas tank fills.
As the part you bought is not OEM the connector is different.
I suppose you could try to remove the hose from your old connector with out damaging the plastic and buy some hose of appropriate size and hose clamp it on like the new hose you bought. I have done this with various cars with success

UPDATE: So that hose I bought ended up leaking at the the part it connects to the actual heater core. Not where it connects to the engine. I ended up just cutting loose the original nozzle like suggested by SuperHerman, and placed it on the hose I bought. Hoping that's the last of that.

- In my 1998 S70 GLT, I rebuilt the whole system: cutting the aluminum pipes, running standard heater hoses through firewall ---> engine. Here is the DIY...you can do the same thing for your S60 etc.

MTC brand and I just paid $24.76 from Amazon for my 2001 T5 though the part number I purchased was 30745329 which appears to be the left one. Yours is MTC 882.

Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

* Heater Core ---> Aluminum pipes x2 ---> Plastic Coupler ---> Heater Hoses ---> Engine
- I just realized the 2001-2007 P2 cars setup is slightly different:
* Heater Core ---> Aluminum pipes x2 ---> Heater Hoses ---> Engine
- So, Volvo got rid of the plastic coupler when designing the P2. This is the correct decision b/c the plastic coupler was an engineering disaster. That was why I got it of the plastic coupler in my 1998 S70 car.
- Back to the P2, since the Aluminum pipes go straight through the firewall, you can simply use generic heater hoses (such as Gates) and run it from the firewall to the engine using standard screw-type clamps. Any thought on using generic heater hoses?
- The video from an S80 gives you an idea of the fittings at the firewall:

The video on page 1 of this thread is a lot more informative for how the hoses and fittings work, see the post by oragex.
I'd go with the Volvo hoses (probability never have to replace again) or the MTC ones precopster suggested (keep an eye on them). Generic heater hose will have a hard time making the hard 90 degree bend at the firewall, not worth it in this application.
