Yes...but again....a '95 came with both OBDII in the cabin and still with OBDI under the hood.
It was a transitional year from OBD I to OBDII.
'96 and after didn't had diagnistic ports under the hood anymore.
Also Motronic 4.3 is used only in turbo engines.
Motronic 4.4 didn't exist untill late '96 and in all '97 na models.
It can only be LH 3.2 Jetronic with OBDI ports in '95.

If the fan is running as soon as you turn the engine on, it’s either a bad temp sensor or bad head gasket.
Before you start spending money on small things fix the big things.

In this case...it can be anything...wrong wiring paired with wrong management...etc.

10th digit of my VIN is S.
Also, Check Engine Light threw an "Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit Low" -this is the thermostat, right?
Is now a good time to mention that when we pulled out a Camshaft Position Sensor (for my most recent job), we pulled one out of a non-turbo and it started smoking up. So we matched up the part numbers and noticed they weren't the same. So we went back to the junkyard to find one that matched our part, and lo and behold, it belonged to a turbo-ed engine. We were also confused, but hey, the numbers matched.
couldn't find the second place with the etched on numbers, but I did find this:

That is just the VIN coding sheet. It does not mean a YV1Lx553xSx000000 was ever built.
Shihab, post the first eleven positions of the VIN number.
