RTH sheared rear top shock bolt 240 wagon

Greetings - It's always the easiest jobs that throw me. Was tightening top passenger side rear bolt on shocks to spec, which I read was 62 ft. lbs. Just as my wrench started to click the bolt snapped. The bolt appears to go through the wheel well and bolt on both the front and back. Any advice on how to remedy this one? Thanks in advance!

Got it. Was able to back out #9. Now just need to find a replacement.
