AM radio does not work.

2007 xc70 One morning the AM band wasn’t working while FM was perfectly. It is an HU650 radio. Is there a fix for this short of replacement?

When switching to AM, if you turn the volume up and hear static, it's an antenna grounding issue, search the forum for the 'brass strip fix'.
If you hear dead silence with the volume up all the way to MAX, it's an internal radio issue with no known DIY fix.
