This V70 is actually a little bit rusty underneath. Might be an out of state car, not sure.

Replaced the rear wheel bearings this morning. Now able to keep a conversation on the freeway without screaming

Curious if you got the car operational with or without the defouler plugs.

The test results you show are from what source? What I am most curious about is if you use the defouler plugs - does the car still pass emissions or is it just beating the computer you are using.

The spacer moves the sensor out from the exhaust gases a bit and therefore it measures less oxygen. The computer sees that and does not set a dtc because it thinks the cat is doing its job. I don’t know if the cat is too far gone to pass emissions though. However, I don’t understand why this “fix” would affect other emission parameters? I have a hard time believing the computer would start leaning out the mixture because the cat doesn’t work properly. But what do I know, I’m not a pro mechanic.
Taking it to smog this week and fingers crossed the cat is working good enough to pass.

Replaced broken cup holder and mid vent.

Replaced driver seat covers. Also put in a new PSM stamped 2004. Seat works perfect now but Vida is showing even more codes related to it
