replaced 2 window sliding blocks but window will only go up 3/4 way!

I just went through this myself about 2 weeks ago.

Window arms were bent. I bent them back straight.
Put lithium grease into the metal track the blue blocks slide in and on the balls which the blocks are pressed onto.

Spray silicone spray into the rubber track the window edge rides in. Make sure the rubber track is properly fitted into the metal channel so the window slides freely.

May just try the silicone first.
