Parts run!
* Reinz head gasket kit
* Head bolts
* Timing belt kit
* Thermostat
* Spark plugs

So far only one trip to the junk yard to pick up a coolant bottle/Overflow reservoir.
Head coming off this Saturday, more pics to come🙂

Drain plug from trans is the same thread if the 26mm doesn't allow bulky spanners in there. They are 24mm though......

Every single intake valve bent. Never seen that before. All exhaust valves fine, maybe they never make contact because of their small size?

Throw that Reinz head gasket away and get a Volvo one, or consider the first pass at the head gasket, a practice run

Always used Reinz, maybe Elring some time, and I’ve never had a problem?

Got head back from machine shop. Used a new one this time that I was recommended. The shop I used to go to did some crappy work in the past.
