Found the torque specs here:
https://www.autozone.com/repairguides/V ... 52801c14ec

Front bolts: Tighten the front bolts. Tighten to 49 ft. lbs. (65 Nm). Angle-tighten 90 deg.
Rear bolt: Tighten the rear bolt and nut. Tighten to 77 ft. lbs. (105 Nm). Angle-tighten 90 deg.

Thanks!

I also found 40 Nm for the ball joint. Are these 3 value correct? I'm finding differing opinions online.

There are variations for aluminum and steel control arm mounts, so you have to get your parts identified to get the right torque

That Autozone guide lists instructions for Volvos, 1999-2005, which span two very different front ends - thats not confidence inspiring.

Interesting. The parts i'm getting are mentioned earlier in the thread - all Lemforder aluminum LCAs and ball joints. I'll keep looking for the right torque specs.

Thanks for your help. I guess i'll use 50 Nm, 40º for the ball joint as per all data, and 49/77 Nm, 90º for the control arm bolts as per autozone, and hope for the best.
