850 SW rear wiper motor&mechanism

Hi guys,

I need some help again. I replaced my rear wiper motor assy in the weekend. The old one's gearbox simply fall apart..., will see what can be saved as components for later years.

The new one put in place, started to run fine, the motor is turning, stopping, its is fine.
BUT, the linkege mechanism is somehow messed up.
I attach the pics of the romoved one laying in the trunk, and the new one place mounted on the door.
The two one are not matching at all for me.
Any suggestion or idea what went wrong?

They are in different phases but look the same to me. Can you compare part numbers?
