I have build 1993 volvo 850 with b5204s engine .
I used mitsubishi turbo from volvo 940
You can find videos of my car on my youtube channel "Erikas Ambrozas" I will post video of build deatails and photos on my channel.
I am currently runing stock jetronic ecu on low boost I will swap ecu and wiring harnes.

I replased original bulbs with blue led bulbs from aliexpress.

how much power are you making? and how much did this all cost? curious because i wanna know if this was really worth it all

To turbocharge na engine it cost my 350€ other parts that were old and needed to be replaced not included in the price. Im runing 0.3bar of boost car pulls hard compared to stock na engine in few weeks I will dyno my car. In the future I am going to run on megasquirt ecu . If I have to guess engines horsepower I would say its about 200hp.
