2007 S 80 FWD 3.2 -- Upper Torque Rod Replacement

I've replaced numerous P80 and even P2 torque rods. Have to do it on a 2007 S80. Looks like I'll have to move the coolant overflow tank to get the long mounting bolt out. Anybody ever done it and is moving the coolant tank the trick? If so, anything I have to watch out for in moving the coolant overflow tank? Thanks.

Moving the coolant overflow tank to get to the Upper Torque Rod is by the book. Bolt torque is 110 Nm (81 ft-lb).

81 ft/lbs seemed like a lot for these. Can someone please confirm this is the torque for BOTH bolts for the upper torque rod?

Update:. For me this turned out not to be a one person job. When the bolts were removed, the engine rotated, so that I could then not align the mounting holes. I ended up having to take it to my mechanic. Two people needed to do this job.

If the engine moved when you removed the torque rod then the motor mount is likely broken and it needs to be replaced

Correction -- Replacing the torque rod wasn't an issue, but during the course of that replacement, I realized that the hydraulic engine mount underneath was shot. When I removed the bolts for the metal cover over that mount, and after replacing the mount, I could not get the upper metal cover bolt holes to line up with those in the hydraulic mount since the engine appeared to have shifted slightly. Thus, it was not a one person job for me and ended up going to my local mechanic to complete.
