Looks like tire dating is being used. Workweek and year but 81? Maybe a misread or day of year?

Neil, I read 14/12 and 17/08. Where is that 81 coming from? Am I missing something?

I don’t think there were pictures on the up-referenced water pumps.

Do we think they are work weeks or months?
