This part of my problem is fix. I put back the belt and turn the crankshaft together with the camshaft wheels, so this is solve.
I took out the air filter housing, computer, and I got to the starter which I also took out so I have direct access to the plug. I inserted the crankshaft alignment tool.
The problem now is that turning the crankshaft just get to a point that get lock/stuck, going clockwise. Then I turned counter clockwise and about half round will also get lock/stuck in that direction, I didn't want forced it. I had the camshafts lock with the camshaft tool but I also took it out in case that had something to do with it, I can put them back later.
Any help appreciate it. Thanks

The gear should only fit on the crankshaft one way. There are splines inside the gear, and corresponding splines on the crankshaft, and the gear will only fit on in one orientation and fully seat to the bottom. Other orientations it may go on only part way, but only one where it will seat all the way. Once you find that, you should be able to double-check using the crank tool described above - the marks on the gear should align with the marks on the oil pump once the other part is installed.

Yes they are on different planes. That is what keeps one from getting the cams 180° out of phase.

Sorry don’t want to highjack this thread, but I did have i question regarding the blue crankshaft alignment tool.RickHaleParker wrote: ↑24 Oct 2019, 04:22 Blue is the Crankshaft alignment tool. Inserts in alignment hole located under the starter. Starter removal required.
Green is the Camshaft alignment tool. Backside of cams.
Yellow is used to hold the front of the camshafts to the camshaft cover.
Browns are the Camshaft cover tools. Use to maintain even pressure on the camshaft cover when removing and installing the camshaft cover so that one does not warp the cover. The cover is line matched to the head at the factory. If you damage it you cannot just go and get another one. You would need to have a machinist work another one to match the head.

I did test this on 2 different B5254T7 engines, fully inserted and crank aligned, but was still able to rotate the crankshaft. This tool looks identical to this set.
Any idea what I may have done wrong?

Hello Guys again,
so regarding the cam locker tool does someone have a drawing with the dimesions? I found one on web with cyrill letters but as I think it's not the proper one. The most important would be the position of the step/berm on the cylinder's surface. According to the found document the widht of the step is 4.4mm, the height is 5.5mm and one of the side of this step is on the center-line of the cylinder.. On the camshaft the groove is in a little bit different position. Thank you for your help in advance!

Thanks for answering, so it will not prevent the crankshaft from turning clockwise or counter clockwise?
