I'm having a helluva time diagnosing electrical issues in 99 s80 t6,

Hypothetically, if I had a donor car, what modules are vin specific and need to stay as a set?

Every single CAN node basically.

So everything that ends in EM or CM. CEM, TCM, ECM etc etc.

Are vin locked,

But not

ABS
ETM
AUM
PDM
DDM
PSM
CCM

Is this correct? Could my key be programmed to work with the immobilizer, or am I swapping ignition module as well?

This may be my easiest option, believe it or not
