The dry coolant and wetness was persistent and visible. I installed this Valeo/Volvo radiator a year ago. Volvo offered a replacement radiator under warranty. Replaced the bleeder hose too, and filled with coolant mix for -40F.

So far, it is dry and level looks good in tank.
