Throttle 30° / 20% while at idle?

Still trouble shooting my 2002 s60 non turbo.. VIDA is showing ETM at 20% at idle.. Seems a bit high.. Also performed the ETM test and is never went below 16° (I can't remember if that was degs).. Etm reading from both sides was within spec (less than 13° different) it was only max 2° different..

The ETM is a white label from a yard, but not sure what's causing the butterfly valve to be open so much.. The body itself had been cleaned of any gunk..

There are two flavours of white label, what’s the date code on it?

i will check later.. but i believe during the test it stated i had the correct (2006+) software version installed... here is the etm test... seem ok on the surface..
