Hello everyone!
So, I recently bought a 94 850 Turbo.
But! The previous owner lost his key. #facepalm
So, after I got it home safe, I decided to get to work.
This is the point I am at. How can I replace this lock cylinder??
I'm coming up with mixed results.
Any help will be appreciated!

If you cannot get Volvo to cut a key from the VIN number or you choke on the price.
Find a 850 with keys. Swap the Steering column, the door locks and the trunk lock. But before I replaced all that I would try pulling the pin cylinder with a impact dent puller. You cannot ruin something that is useless. If you are lucky you will get it out and be able to install a new pin cylinder.
