How to remove master window switch (2009 C70)?

Post by Scoobey »

Hi, helpful people! The driver side master window switch cluster on my '09 C70 seems to have gone bad. The windows all work when I raise/lower the top, the passenger side switch is fine, but the window switches, mirror adjustment, etc. on the driver's side don't. Question: how do I get the dang cluster out? I've pried, looked for screws and secret catches, etc., but it's not coming out. Do I have to remove the whole #@$!% door panel, or an I missing something? Thanks!

It is called the DDM ( Driver Door Module ). You got to take the door panel off because the bottom of the DDM is bolted to the door panel.
