PB blaster will do just fine.

I have the delta link swap just about wrapped up, and I am happy to report EVERY single mounting location is in place on the AWD chassis. I had to drill out one weld on a bracket for the AWD gas tank, but the boss/stationary nut for the bolt for the charcoal canister was right above it, as it is on FWD cars. I will have complete details in a separate, upcoming thread.
I just need to attach the evap vacuum hose and a couple other small things tomorrow, and it'll be ready to drive!

Got an alignment, crashed into a parked car (volvo mirrors are way to strong, it put a dent in the other car and stayed on mine), and added LED's to the climate control unit (looks a lot better).

Next big targets are the headliner, ac clutch shimming, and a trailer hitch.

The headliner makes such a big difference. It's so nice to not have mine hanging down now.

The headliner and ac shim should be ok, but you don’t want to crash into a trailer hitch

Rotating the exhaust cam to reline up the mark. It moved when I was putting the new belt on.

And the delta link swap is done! I'll be compiling a parts list in the next few days when I get some time, but I am happy to report a successful drive to the gas station. Currently the car has no exhaust past the cat, so it's LOUD. I need to take care of that ASAP. First thing's first, I need an alignment!

It sits a little lower now on the FCP Sport lowering springs lol. I just have to get used to it, the nivomats were lowered with spacers.
