2013 XC60 - Power cables through firewall?

I'm trying to feed power cables between the battery and a ham radio unit. Does anybody know if there are passthroughs to run them through the firewall, or another way to run power to it? The cigarette lighter socket is only 10 amps and won't cut it.

How much current do you need? There are some unused fuse positions on the CEM and the passenger compartment distribution box. Both of which are under the dash on the passenger side.
