No idea on the size, but there are vendors on ebay selling various sizes of silicon hose by the foot. Also IPD sells it.

4 or 5 mm hose should work. I have both, but can't remember which I used most commonly. Measure the outer diam. of the line, substract 1mm and use that as hose ID and you should be fine.

Thank you, I already tried 5 and it's too big, I believe it's actually 3.5mm ID. It was a BMW hose size used by various automakers in the 80s & 90s.
