I keep having this problem as soon as I hit 1/4 tank petrol. The car will have barely any throttle and it will either end up stalling or be fine if I sit for a few mins.
If I turn the car off and back on after a few mins I’ll be able to drive for another 10-20 mins before it happens again.
I’ve changed the fuel pump to a Bosch one, changed pressure sensor to a Bosch one, changed fuel filter to a Mann filter and the pump module attached to the tank
Any help would be amazing!!

How does that side work? The wiring for it looks like it’s only job to is measure the level on that side?

Yes. You may be running on fumes, while the sending unit still says there's 1/4 fuel left.Alfiehiron wrote: ↑20 Dec 2025, 11:30 How does that side work? The wiring for it looks like it’s only job to is measure the level on that side?

I opened it up at 1/4 and looked in and there’s plenty of fuel in there.

Fuel line between halves is not kinked? Need to route it supercarefully, or you'll be starving the fuel pump.Alfiehiron wrote: ↑20 Dec 2025, 12:13 I opened it up at 1/4 and looked in and there’s plenty of fuel in there.

The fuel lines are 100% not kinked and it’s the Bosch one
Bosch code - 1 582 980 141

Does it look like there's a vacuum buildup in the fuel tank? Vacuum would work against fuel pump. Not sure how EVAP stuff looks in your market, maybe a solenoid is stuck or canister is clogged?
