V70XC awd 1998 vibrations at 120km/h

Hello. I recently purchased a 1998 V70 xc awd 2.4t automatic and I have an issue where at speeds of 100-120km/h I feel strong vibrations throughout the entire body/floor, and similar but much weaker vibrations appear at a speed of around 50km/h.At 180-200km/h I do not feel any vibrations.I also do not feel these vibrations increasing or decreasing with acceleration or braking.The propshaft has been reconditioned, and I have a new angle gear.
Do you have any experience with similar vibrations in awd?

Also, do you know if the viscous coupler has been out of the car or replaced? Every time you put it back in the car it needs to be balanced. There is a service bulletin from Volvo describing the procedure. This is often overlooked, but it does cause vibrations like you are experiencing.

Hi

I did balance the wheels but i don't have anywhere near me a place to perform Hunter Road Force test (I also have 225 55 R16 on OEM wheels and i can try swapping the wheels)
One of my CV boot is damaged but it's the right front one. CV boots on the rear looks fine and I don't feel any shaking under acceleration which is why i think it might be something else. I feel as if most of the vibrations are coming from the back rather than the front.
Do you think it still might be the cv joint from the front?

Oh! I haven't heard about it
Previous owner told that he had it replaced for some used one. I will try to look for this bulletin

I did some research and found instructions on how to do it
I need the mounting plate 999 5971. I will just make it myself
But then i need balancing clamps. Any idea where i can get them? Or how can I balance it without those clamps?

How much weights you have on wheels?
If you have 40-50 grams per wheel,wheels or tyres are bent.

Like others mentioned...it could be propshaft or coupling.

On two wheels I have more than 50g but I don't agree that it means i have bent rims or tyres. But I will start with changing the wheels for my second set. Thanks for the answer

I had similiar problem on 850 where i had all 4 brand new summer tyres with 40-45 g/ of weights per wheel on 3 of them and 70g on 4th one.

I had vibrations where whole car was shaking from 120-140km/h....so you could drive up to 120km/h or 140+.
Balanced them 5 times and every time was a bit better...but never ok....and balancing machine always showed ok.

Had 2 years warranty but lost the bill.

Before...with old tyres never had vibrations at any speed and all 4 wheels had about 20-30g of weights per wheel.

Nearest HUNTER machine is about 200km from me...so i gave up.

4th tyre was ok when you look at it when it's on balancing machine by side ...but when you look in front if it,under the machine cover...the thread is walking left to the right.
