Searching for Headlight advice

Greetings Y'all. I have had problems with either stones or in one case, a kid with a BB gun causing chips in my headlight lenses. Does anyone have a way to fix these? it is about a 1/16" hole with a bit of spiderweb of cracks around it. I was thinking about using the UV setting resin used for windshield cracks, but I didn't know if that would work. Also, has anyone used any sort of protecting films or covers to protect them from impacts? I would be happy to hear from others what they have done. I have gone through five lenses so far and I am trying to keep them better than I have so far.

You can get new replacements, but them put a thick 3M clear film over the lenses to protect them. I'm not sure if I still have any spare lenses for a 99? P80. As you probably know swapping the glass lenses are pretty easy.

I will likely have a parcel heading to Abscate shortly with a couple of parts. If you don't mind aftermarket I can add a couple of lenses if I still have spares. Sensing one shipment to the US is easier than multiple as the system has become stupid getting stuff into the US.

The one that just cracked was a jewel which is harder to find than the ones with ridges. I will get some of the 3M film you mentioned. I have spares of the regular ones, but not these. Thanks for the tip on 3M film. I will look it up.

I knew I should have bought a pair of used Jewel lenses that came up for sale a while back. They wanted too much for items that were ok but not perfect.
