Hello could you please send me some instructions on how to change the radiators water, waterpump and which kind of water is best for my volvo s40 1.9 t 2001 with 160000 miles

Oh, no, no, no....not water- you will mess things up... Use Coolant, otherwise known as antifreeze... you can use Volvo coolant or you can use (probably the best for your engine) Zerex G-05 you can find it at Napa...but you'll have to mix with water- use distilled water. The timing belt has to come off to change out the water pump. Instructions from VADIS (Volvo's shop manual) are below in pdf format:
