S70 1998 White Smoke

I have a Volvo S70 1998. I get 3 codes PO410, PO172 & PO108. The car runs good but blows smoke out of the exhaust and only when I let off of the gas.

Code po172=long term fuel trim/lower limit,the other two codes i don't have in my conversion table of standardized trouble codes.
You said that white smoke comes out of the exhaust....that could be only related with head gasket....white smoke is usually the sign that your head gasket is blown.
Does your car loose coolant?
Check your oil dipstick for water in oil,or coolant for oil in it.
Are you sure that is not blue or black smoke instead of white?

As Misha said,

You have some codes that are not necessarily related to the smoke. Can you describe it a bit more as in what color the smoke is?

If the smoke is black or it looks gray in color the P0172 and the P0108 are the likely culprits.

Normally the P0172 (a fuel trim limit code) points to broken vacuum lines but the P0108 (MAP sensor) could cause it as well.

The P0410 is a Secondary Air System code that indicates that a failure in either the SAS air pump or the SAS valve - normally they kinda fail together. The SAS has no real effect on drive-ability but it will keep you from passing a smog test if you have one in your area.

The white smoke could also be because of the turbo. If you do a compression test and everything is normal and there is no coolant in the oil or vise versa, then it is the turbo.

I have same problem with mine smoke is gray to blue and I have noticed that my coolant overflow is getting low!
