I also have a 2000 v70xc, and as Allen said, we do not have an idle control valve; the ETM takes care of it. For the $4 it will cost to buy a new ETM gasket, it may be worth taking it off, and giving it a good cleaning.

You do not have IAC on that model, only the ETM.
You also do not have an IAT sensor.

Agree with the others: our cars do not have those sensors. How many miles are on your car? If you do not know the last time your ETM was cleaned, you should probably do it. Not a fun job but it should be done every once in a while.

No IAC, IAT is located inside the MAF sensor.
