fuel pump access hole cut. Pump issues

If you want to look at what your system looks like, look at my old post here, where you can see how the top of the tank is laid out, and there are 2 fuel regulation devices. A fuel pressure valve and regulator.

I've rectified my mistake. I got the lift in the left side tank back in and wired. I then bought an air nibbler and cut the hole in the correct side, put the new pump in plus new seals on both sides. No leaks. Now to patch the holes. The car starts right for the first time in a year. Heres a pic of the hole i should have cut the first time Image

Are you going to weld that or Seal with JB or similar product?
