Sorry to drudge up this thread but can you remember when you replaced the elbow, if you replaced it with regular silicone hose or an actual elbow? I replaced mine with regular silicone and the bend is sharp and looks a bit kinked. I also had a stumble every 5 mins or so. I have a new TPS, clean IAC and a clean MAF. Will be ordering the part from Volvo to replace. Elbow = 3531116 "coupling piece" and clamps are 1389647.
