No. I did not. I didn't want to do any more crawling under the car. I'm old and I get dizzy when I'm lying down underneath the car for long periods of time.
I wouldn't doubt it is the leak detection pump or electrical wiring for the "correct" factory fix.

The test I mentioned is within the VIDA software. No climbing under anywhere except dash to plug in DICE. Commonly this pump fails and reports a leak. Also I believe there was a software update for this module / pump as it originally detected a fault at too low of tolerance.
I don’t believe restricting your vent charcoal filter should ever be necessary.
Maybe someone near you in WA can assist. I’m sure abscate wouldn’t mind driving from the east coast.

Don't fix it. Just keep clearing the code to turn off the light.
