Should I man-up and just fold, Or get a new manifold?

1) Are the heater hoses a nightmare like on most cars, or easy to do?

I put in a new radiator, rad hoses, t-stat, overflow bottle + sensor, and interior heater core this summer. So those would literally be the only part not changed within the last 12 months.

2) Is it possible to rebuild the inside of the wastegate actuator (is it necessary)?

I gather it's got a diaphragm and spring (never taken one apart before). Seems like a good idea if it's on the bench.

Thanks for all the advice. Turbo and intake are on the way very soon. Going to call today about a stage 1 tune and hopefully get this done by early Jan.
