I would look at fuel pressure. It sounds like you are losing pressure and hence the engine dies. This can be tested at the Schreader valve on the fuel rail in the engine bay.
When was the fuel filter last changed?

I checked the fuel pressure and when engine runs and by pressing the nipple on fuel rail fuel sprays strong, but when engine is off there is no pressure at all. Filter seems like has been replaced not too long ago. Filter looks new.

An ME7 car (1999 on up) needs a solid 52 psi pressure and it should hold for 20 minutes after key off.
Check the pressure with a gauge - the squirt test isnt useful on these cars. Its common for the fuel system to fail and deliver marginal pressure, causing running problems.

Little update: Car runs the same as before no improvement after changing below components and I still do not get any codes with VIDA.
I did compression test one more time and results are a lot better. Believe prevues gage was bad.

New spark plugs NGK Spark Plug - NGK 6962
I did new PCV job with new blue box parts.
Replaced serpentine belt and idler.
Also replaced all vacuum lines with silicone ones and did cigar smoke test. I saw little smoke coming out of PTC nipple on the intake tube to the turbo. Also when I removed oil filler cap and dipstick smoke came out of there as well.
I did not find any other leaks anywhere else, but I hear hissing noise around by intake manifold by cylinder one where banjo bolt is and PCV (no coolant leaks)
Still have to do fuel pressure test. Went to rent fuel tester from AutoZone and it did not have right connectors.
Running out of ideas. I'm ready to take it to http://www.swedishcarspecialists.com/ and have them look at it.

That air that is getting in there is not metered by the MAF, so the engine is not sending enough fuel to run, which will cause poor drive ability, especially at low rpm. Also replaced all vacuum lines with silicone ones and did cigar smoke test. Same as my 98. Literally exact everything.
I just deal with it.
As for the milk on the oil cap, 100% because of moisture and short trips in the cold.

It always fires back up. Rough idle never lasts long. One week itll work flawless. Next week it stalls every 5 minutes.
Any time it stalls, I hold the key, itll turn over, fire up, immediately stall, (still holding key) itll turn back over, fire up and be good for however long it wants too.
Been driving it for 11 months now.
