The flange problem is solved, the leak has moved to the top end of the flex pipe ,abscate wrote: 02 Sep 2022, 05:19 I’ve become a huge fan of the band clamps that close with two 14 mm bolts and surround the joint with metal. If you have a little mismatch in pipe size you can make the smaller one with muffler Wrap tape. Roll under with the impact gun and zip zip, muffler connected
I'll try to get it past inspection as it is, if it fails inspection I'll be welding a new section of flex pipe in.

The sale happened! Picked up X-ice snows for $760 CAD all-in this morning.

Yesterday I drove my P2 10 miles, and nothing happened. Everything worked. Crazy.
It's a smooth torquey car, I like it.
oh...EDIT....I changed some light bulbs, took a fog light apart, and checked the oil.

I've been busy refurbishing Greta, the new to me 06' V70. Windshield washer reservoir leak fixed, turns out the pump was the culprit. I used some silicone around the gasket which fixed it. Also installed new headlights and installed the Laminex film yesterday. I started sanding the old headlights, but it was soon clear (or not so) that it would take me forever to get the old coating off. I got TYC ones from Amazon at a very good price. I'm still working on some paint correction, but it's coming along. And she passed emissions on Saturday, which is great. Now I can finally register her on Saturday.
