1999 V70T5M Nissens Radiator incorrect fitment induced Replacement Failure

I believe Nissens does not ship with the rubber grommet but blue box VOlvo does.

The rubber rad grommet is NLA new.

Conjecture - the radiator mount bolts take light torque - only30 Nm. I wonder if the design is the let the radiator float on those mounts so that the end caps dont get stressed by body flex?

I bought fresh bushings separately when I changed my radiator. Volvo P/N 9180544, two required.
