Unfortunately, nothing reset. I got a VIDA-DICE and the main issue seems to be lost communication with PBM, CEM, CVM.

Another question. There is a small box right after where the ground cable attaches to the -ve battery (on the cable connector itself). It has the number 31327698 on it. That number is for the entire ground cable. What's in that box? Is there any way to test it? I'm still thinking that I have a short somewhere. I still don't understand how I have continuity between my +ve terminal and a ground cable on the car. Is that normal?

Sounds like a computer - timing issue (since you ruled out cable connections, And the original issue happened due to the timing belt). Did you ever get it fixed? I'm assuming the pcm still thinks the cam shaft and crank shaft are out of sync and either the shafts need to be re-adjusted (hoping they are off by a single tooth), or the PCM needs to be reset.
