Any tips to get lower oil line off the radiator?

Been beating the ever living F&&$&$*#*#*@*?×[["&"*K out of this thing....

It wont budge.

Also pretty sure the part the line threads on to is broken...

The part in the radiator is ok, but you need to get the line out of the attachment which threads on.

Wow. Maybe a new oil line is needed. You might have to cut that piece to get the line off

That looks the same as my spare Nissens , I can send you that piece. New oring and you should be good to go.

You could try soaking it in a solution of acetone and ATF. Works surprisingly well...

The oil coolers are built inside the end housings. There are seals between the housings and the plastic end housings to seal them. I had issues with a leak at that point at one stage and a radiator shop was able to fix it and pressure test to prove it was then water tight.
