Thanks for the information! End is soaking in PB blastet and mineral spirits. Its all I had. Lol.
I think the previous owner had glued it with something. There was some weird clear sealant on the outside. I didnt see it on any other connection.
Either way, cleaned that off and it's still stuck.
Any tips to get lower oil line off the radiator?

To separate the line barb from the radiator fitting, I would lock the curvature of the line in a large vice, then use a small pipe wrench with good teeth to turn the fitting. It WILL break loose.

Soaked in a bucket a PB Blaster all day. Spraying for the last 5 days. Absolutely beating the ever living piss out of it with a hammer and rubber mallet for a few hours this morning and after work.
It's not of this world... I couldnt beat it any harder if I tried.

ITs torque you need, not impact. You need to get the tools to grab the parts you are trying to separate and twist, not smack them around.
Ill send measurements on my fittings to see if they will work

I kind of thought that was what was going on here...
Many helpful suggestions have been put forth, including a possible free replacement.

You are a glutton for punishment, I would have cried Uncle a while back. How much you want to bet that the PO epoxied the line to the radiator rather than using new O rings? A torch might be helpful at this time...
