I think you're looking at the clamp/retainer/hanger or whatever you want to call it. I have that. I just don't remember how it was held down. I find a Philips screw and washer, which either isn't factory, or is from something else entirely. I was thinking the battery tray looks like it may be designed for something like this:

Another picture in the thread you linked showed a bolt labeled as being 10mm.

I might just zip tie it until I can get to the store and look at the fasteners.

I took the car to work today, and it drove great.... no more ABS light, new TPS, new plug wires, and cap (rotor was replaced previously).
