Is that the driver's side or passenger's side? I'd guess coolant, but if you have an automatic transmission, it could be ATF. I don't think any of the cars have an oil cooler in the radiator.

Assuming coolant, you probably have a bad tank seal, or a cracked tank.

Probably the best thing to do, would be to borrow a coolant pressure tester from Autozone, or whatever parts store you have locally that will "rent" tools. Hopefully, they also have the adapter that will be needed to attach it, in place of the pressure cap. That will allow you to pressurize the system without the engine running, and you can look and listen for the leak.

Passenger side.

The seal between the metal radiator and the plastic end cap is gone. They last about 150,000 miles.

Time for a new radiator. Nissens will work

My guess is radiator time. Just replaced that same radiator on my 1999 S70 with 135k. It cracked once and I patched it with some JB Weld. Held for about a month and then the whole bottom blew out. If it's leaking coolant, better replace it before it blows.
