tuneing up 2003 S60 AWD 2.5T

I am looking to tune up my car and was hoping that someone could tell me what this entails as far as what needs to be do?The car has 83,000 ish miles and has been taken care of for the most part but it needs new break rotors/pads and a tune up.What needs to be done to this car?
