'94 Turbo Hose Identify (With Pictures)

Post by Stevieb »

Hello, I've gotten a great deal of feedback on this forum for many things but I am still a newbie where the engine bay is concerned but I am learning. There are a few hoses in my car that are not connected, one comes straight from under the engine cover but connects to nothing, the other is a series of 3 cables, one I think for the boost gage? The final is a connector that seems to come from somewhere beneath the battery. Thanks!

hi, firstly, the plug is there for the cruise control. All Volvo 850s were wires for every possible option, so the wiring for the cruise control is present, even if your car was never fitted with the system. That plug goes onto the Vacuum pump under the battery tray, but you obvioulsy do not have CC fitted.
