hi everybody,
Approximately two months ago, I flushed the transmission applying the technique described in the forum. Everything went well, however, 2 weeks later, when I was driving on highway the transmission warning light "an arrow" popped up, I pulled over, opened the hood and the scene was terrible. Everywhere was transmission liquid. Basically, the clipper(!! The metal part which holds the transmission hose in the radiator entrance) got loosen and cause the leakage. anyway I parked the car, i found 6 quarter transmission liquid, filled it up and continue to drive.
The next morning, I order new mobil transmission liquid, I flushed the trans. again. This time I used plastic handcuffs to make the clip stronger. However since then there was always a tiny leakage in that area. I changed the o rings but it didn’t solve the problem. The check engine light is almost always on at my car, because of thermostat sensor, anyway, one day I checked the reason of light, it was P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction. I erased the code. After that the leakage had gone for a couple of weeks.
However, today I checked the connection point of radiator and transmission hose (because the car began to kick when I was changing the gear from p to r or d), there was transmission liquid around the hose, again.
What would be the problem? Something mechanic? Or the hose?
I am open to any kind of advice, thank you in advance.

What you can try is put a worm clamp on top of the clip (do not over tighten it).

Thanks for all answer and sorry for the delay, I coudln't write early.
I have a question, why you said don't over tighten it? Because, it is a little bit over tighten now, would it be the reason. P.S. I am keeping my eyes on the connection point, but there is no leakage since last week.
