what is the best combo for 1998 volvo v70 glt? for the wires there is a $100 difference between Volvo OEM and NGK.

For the wires use only the OEM Bougicord.

For plugs you can use the dirt cheap Bosch coppers, just make sure they are gapped at 0.028". Avoid the fancy Bosch Multi prong +2 and +4 varieties - they are gapped way to wide and you can't really change the cap.
