intake gasket need replaced

How do you replace the intake gasket

And what should I replace while im at it thanks

I'm guessing you are talking about the intake manifold gasket? Why are you replacing it? Either way, I would replace the PCV while you have it out. We can give more guidance once we know the year and model.

Thanks for the reply I need to set up my profile.With that said i have a 2006 S60 2.5t 79k and I started the car and it acted like is was going to stall message came up check engine came up triangle ! came on and it was not as smooth running as before.So took it in and they said it needed a intake manafold gasket ,ports plugged ,oil box,and a couple of other things that go with the problem.I did not get the codes.Thanks for any help or opinions.

sounds like you need to order a pcv kit and do everything. cause the kit includes the gasket the oil box the hoses and all the rest of the parts.

Your problem could be very well started from a broken top hose of oil trap box, which then resulted the whole breathing circuit clogged up.

Note: That plastic hose only used from 2006-2008, Volvo uses older version (all rubber) after that.
